Dock levelers are a significant opportunity for reducing energy loss when properly sealed. Gaps around dock levelers can create airflow, allow pest intrusion, and allow contaminants such as dust, dirt, snow, and debris to enter the facility. Installing dock leveler brush seal kits provides an effective solution by sealing these voids, improving cleanliness, safety, and energy efficiency.

The brush seal kit is designed to seal the sides of dock levelers and includes durable 90-degree mill-finish aluminum brush holders with a 1-1/2" black nylon brush. Weldable steel channels are supplied to securely weld to the dock leveler sides to ensure reliable, long-term performance. The flexible, abrasion-resistant nylon brush provides an effective barrier against pests, debris, and air infiltration. Kits are suitable for dock levelers up to 94 inches deep and include all components needed for a complete installation.
