Non-Refundable Items

Customizable Items: All custom order items are non-refundable. These products are built and assembled specifically to your requirements and cannot be returned or restocked.

Garage Door Springs: All garage door springs are non-refundable. Each spring is manufactured and wound to meet the specific dimensions and needs of your order, making them unique to your application.
Eligible Returns

Standard, non-custom items may be eligible for return if they are in new, unused condition and returned within 30 days of delivery.

All returns require prior authorization. Please contact our customer service team before shipping any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Restocking Fees
- Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before shipping any product back.
- Custom product is non-returnable. (e.g., brushseal, torsion springs.)
- Freight must be pre-paid by the customer.
- A 25 % restocking fee applies to non-warranty returns accepted upon inspection.
Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped in error or is defective.
Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a return authorization at no additional cost.
How to Request a Return
