Nylon brush seals (Therm-L) are simply the most effective way of sealing gaps for the life of your door. Featuring 100% type-6 black nylon, Therm-L brush seals are 98.5% effective in blocking air infiltration and will not freeze or become brittle in cold weather situations (even down to 70 below). Therm-L brush seals an excellent choice for most commercial or industrial; rolling steel, sectional, mini-warehouse and other type of door that requires the most durable and effective seal possible. Install Therm-L brush seals along, headers and other door areas to reduce energy costs and avoid dirt, noise, pests and other weather elements

Therm-L brush seals come in a variety of lengths for the best fit for your application. Constructed with thousands of flexible filaments , the nylon brush creates a solid weathertight seal against irregular surfaces and provides easy door movement. Our brush seals include a clear anodized aluminum holder and are available in standard and heavy duty models. Each model features a number of holder sizes and shapes. Holders are provided with clear anodized finish and are pre-slotted for easy installation and adjustment. Nylon brush seals are UL rated up to 4” long on 3-Hr Fire Doors. Please request the UL label when ordering. Brush filaments conform to irregular surfaces giving you a firm weathertight seal while allowing unrestricted door movement. Black polypropylene brush comes in a variety of lengths for the best fit for your project. Polypro seals have less abrasion resistance than nylon but are more resistant to moisture absorption. Note-Independent laboratory testing has proven that our nylon brush will withstand up to 2,000,000 cycle (opening & closing) without degradation due to abrasion.
