Pricing

All prices are FOB Bemidji, MN and may change without notice.

Terms of Payment

• Cash, accepted credit card, or Net 30 with approved credit.
• Balances over 30 days accrue 1½ % finance charge per month.
• NSF checks: $30 service fee.
• No manufacturing/shipments to accounts 15 days past due.
• Orders are pre-pay until credit is approved; all orders subject to credit-manager approval.
• Goods remain the property of American Garage Door Supply until paid in full.
• Credit-card payments incur a 3 % processing fee.

Ordering

Written purchase orders are preferred. Include all specifications; the customer is responsible for errors on verbal orders. Special or custom orders require a 50 % non-returnable deposit.

Change Orders & Cancellations

All changes must be in writing. Non-stock or custom items are neither returnable nor cancelable. Deposits are forfeited upon cancellation.

Returned Merchandise

• Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before shipping any product back.
• Custom product is non-returnable.
• Freight must be pre-paid by the customer.
• A 25 % restocking fee applies to non-warranty returns accepted upon inspection.

Warranty Policy

1. Contact the factory with reason for return, serial/part numbers, invoice number, etc.
2. Obtain an RMA—returns will not be accepted without it.
3. Replacement product ships and is invoiced to the ordering party.
4. Customer returns product pre-paid for evaluation.
5. Do not destroy warranty/damaged items unless authorized.
6. Upon approval, credit is issued.
7. Scratches or shipping rash are not defects.

Shipping Damage

Inspect freight for visible or concealed damage upon delivery. Note any damage on the bill of lading and notify American Garage Door Supply immediately with documentation (photos, signed freight bill, etc.). The customer is liable for replacement-product costs arising from freight claims.

Shipping Estimates

Shipping is pre-paid & added to the invoice. Estimates are provided to secure the best value from qualified carriers.

• Quote assumes single-attempt commercial delivery at a dock/appropriate unloading area.
• Allows 15-minute driver wait time.
• Buyer pays extra charges (demurrage, re-delivery, lift-gate, etc.) beyond the estimate.

Other pickup/delivery options are available on request.

Labor / Other Charges

American Garage Door Supply is not responsible for labor or incidental charges unless pre-approved in writing. A $250 per-month storage fee applies to doors, operators, and large-hardware orders held more than two weeks beyond the scheduled ship date.

Sales-Tax Responsibility

The customer is responsible for all applicable state and local sales taxes or must provide a valid exemption certificate and indicate which items are exempt at the time of order.
